About MorlochWiki

MorlochWiki is, in short, a freely editable database of Shadowbane knowledge. Due to the frequent updates to the game, the Official Shadowbane site has historically been very slow in providing accurate information. This Wiki was created as a means to give players access to a more current compendium of information by leveraging the knowledge of the active playerbase. Of course, there is no guarantee that this wiki contains 100% correct information, but the point is that here we enable the users to actively change information they find to be outdated or incorrect.

All new user accounts now must face a CAPTCHA challenge in order to be created. This should entirely eliminate any bot vandalism that was occurring. Huzzah!

Due to vandalism of bot programs, many pages have been protected. Protected pages can not be edited by normal accounts. In order to have a change made to a page that is protected, just make a note about it in the discussion area of the page. Only certain pages that are not expected to change frequently will be protected. Class, Discipline, and Zone pages, for example, will remain unprotected.

I apologize if this seems rash, but I have counted 121 bot-related vandalism edits in the passed two days alone and I just don't want to see the wiki deteriorate in quality.
