- "Invisibility" now contains a self 1.5 second powerblock on use (can't be prevented by immunity and will not grant an immunity).
- Fixed Passwall to be usable with Invisibility.
- Fixed Backstab and Poison Backstabs to be usable with Invisibility.
- Fixed "Shadow Mantle" to correctly block the initial heal tick of all HoTs.
- Increased Dagger and Dagger Mastery weapon powers to 30 for Rogues and 20 for Mages.
- Sword and Sword Mastery weapon powers increased to 30 (Rogue).
- Blade Weaving weapon powers increased to 30 (Rogue) and 25 (Mage).
- Modified Mage Assassin Fade to cap at PR-20; but casting times have been drastically reduced to be in line with Rogue-based Hide at PR-40.
- Chilling Shadows; Reduced the Attack Speed Debuff to be 5% (PR0) to 25% (PR40); The Attack Speed Debuff is now flagged as a Debuff
- Passwall; No longer stacks with the Black Mask or Strigoi versions of this power
- Silence and Aura of Silence; changed to be labeled as silence powers instead of debuffs
- Hide and Sneak has been removed.
- Mage Assassins now have access to the Fade and Invisibility powers
- Steal Breath now has a casting timer of 2 seconds (was 5 seconds) and a recycle timer of 5 seconds (was 1)
- Chilling Shadows will now also dispel any melee attack speed buffs
- Increased the range of Shadow Touch to 100 units.
- Assassins have been added to the Temple of the Cleansing Flame charter (Loreplay)
- Shadow Touch has been given a 5.0 second recycle timer (this will be adjusted to 1.0 in the next update to Test)
- Passwall must now be cast from either Hide or Sneak.
- Slayer's Focus can now be cast while stealthed and costs 25 to 65 mana from Power Ranks 0 to 40.
- Gave Assassins 10 additional points in Dagger weapon powers (Rogues are 25, Mages are 15)
- Rogue Assassins now get 20 free points in 'Poison Blade'
- Shadowmantle now has an effect icon the afflicted can see.
- Mage Assassins have a new set of armor unique to this class combo.
