• Granted Priests a new power at Level 35 (with a prerequisite of Theurgy at 115%) called Empowered Healing that makes a target more receptive to healing effects.
• Granted a new power at Level 35 (with a prerequisite of Theurgy at 90%) called Incantation of Renunciation that is a single-target Dispel Debuff.

• Updated Prayer of Haste to be a personal Movement Buff with an increase of 50% movement speed and a duration of 60 seconds. This power has no cost (0 Mana) and takes 300 seconds to recycle and does not stack with any other movement buffs. This power has been granted at Power Rank 40 for free.
