For millennia the Amazons have dwelt apart from the peoples of the World, their great empire hidden in the heart of the impenetrable jungles of the South. Through all that time, powerful Wise Women have protected them, acting as the keepers of ancient secrets and powerful magic. It is said that a millennium ago an Amazon sculptor named Lyestra discovered the energy locked within everything, energy that can be used for creation and transformation, but which can only be released through the destruction of the vessel that holds it. The Amazon witches named this force the Fury, and adopted its name as their own. Weather witches without equal, Furies call forth the destructive potential hidden within the sky, unleashing storms, gales, and floods upon their enemies.
The Fury is a powerful witch who calls upon the primal forces of the storm to erode her foes with gales of wind, blizzards, and thunder storms from her nest of clouds high in the sky. As powerful as she is as causing damage, she can also protect her allies from it with a full collection of elemental resistance buffs and even unique elemental damage reduction. In dire circumstances, the fury can call upon the winds to lift her allies into the air with her, or send them into a frenzy to increase their ruthlessness.
The fury has the a devastating arsenal of debuffs that can subtly turn battles in her favor. These debuffs are so strong that it is a viable strategy to be a debuff-only fury. Experiment with a mix of damage and debuffing that synergies well with your allies.
Furies are also know as excellent power-level characters due to their ability to stay airborne indefidetly and their ample array of area damage spells.
Maintain Inflict Poison on one or two targets at all times so that you can stay in the air without coming down to rest for stamina.
Due to the camera angle in the game, it can be difficult to target a fury who is flying at maximum-tier. Learn which spells have subtle particle effects to take full advantage of this, so you can can inflict as much disruption as possible.
Call Storm and Call the Blizzard are "persistent" spells, meaning they will continue to deal damage over time until you cast something else.
While the fury has strong fire, cold, and lightning resistance spells, she has no spells to defend against other damage types. Thankfully, she does have grandmaster-rank defensive stance. When a mage catches you unaware, do not hesitate to go on the defensive until you regain control.
