For Ages there have been those who have studied the Tapestry of Life. Granted the gift of Magesight, they can see beyond the veil of illusion and study the Threads of Creation, called Leylines by the Wise. In time, they discovered the true nature of the Threads, and found that all matter and energy is in constant motion. The five elemental forces, Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit, continually bind and twist to form every object and creature in our World, and the Leylines serve as the conduits for their motions. The ancient masters discovered that they could speed, slow, or redirect the elemental flows, intoning chants that are but the echoes of the All-Father's great Song. Thus was a new kind of Magic born, and with it were born the Channelers, some of the most powerful magicians the World has ever known. The Art of Channeling is still practiced to this day, and its masters are able to call fire, walk upon water, cause earthquakes, or ride the winds like eagles.

Class Information
Class Weapons
- Flame Blade, a sword weapon that uses Channeling instead of sword mastery to determine hit chance. This weapon requires 100% sword skill* to equip.
- Stone Mace, a hammer weapon that uses Channeling instead of hammer mastery to determine hit chance. This weapon requires 100% hammer skill to equip.
- Crystal Staff, a staff weapon that uses Channeling instead of staff mastery to determine hit chance. This weapon has a baked-in bonus of +15 sorcery, +15 warding, and +10 Chaneling and requires 100% staff skill to equip.
- * Note: Non-Elf Channelers are not automatically granted the sword skill, but it can be obtained by selecting the Proficient with Swords character creation rune.
Class Armor
- Aeromancer Robes, a cloth set that includes a baked-in bonus of +1 Intelligence and +1 Channeling per piece (2 pieces).
- Geomancer Robes, a cloth set that includes a baked-in bonus of +1 Intelligence and +1 Channeling per piece (2 pieces).
- Hydromancer Robes, a cloth set that includes a baked-in bonus of +1 Intelligence and +1 Channeling per piece (2 pieces).
- Pyromancer Robes, a cloth set that includes a baked-in bonus of +1 Intelligence and +1 Channeling per piece (2 pieces).
- Note: Nephilim cannot equip any hood from these sets.
Stances & Weapon Powers

- "Ice Bolt" resistance debuff is now flagged as a ColdDebuff and will stack with other resistance debuffs not flagged as ColdDebuff
- "Fire Bolt" resistance debuff is now flagged as a FireDebuff and will stack with other resistance debuffs not flagged as FireDebuff
- "Lightning Bolt" resistance debuff is now flagged as a LightningDebuff and will stack with other resistance debuffs not flagged as LightningDebuff
- Reduced the stun component on Aqueous Rejuvenation to 1 second and now has a NoStun component that lasts 3 seconds
- Flesh of Granite and Flesh of Lead have been updated to take 750 points of damage before the Damage Absorber wears off; note that this means 750 points of damage that the target actually has inflicted upon him or her after resistances have been factored in for the specified resistances in the damage absorber.
- Flesh of Granite has been modified with a casting time of .02 seconds, a maximum duration of 300 seconds, and a recycle timer of 300 seconds. Mana costs have been reduced to 25. This Damage Absorber absorbs and protects from Crushing, Piercing, and Slashing damage. At Power Rank 40, it will grant +75 resistance and absorbs up to 2000 points of damage for those damage types.
- Flesh of Lead has been modified with a casting time of .02 seconds, a maximum duration of 300 seconds, and a recycle timer of 300 seconds. Mana costs have been reduced to 25. - Cloak of Transparency now has the same de-aggro effect as Hide and Sneak
- Changed the casting time for the Channeler powers Ice Bolt
- Changed the Channeler powers Flesh of Granite and Flesh of Lead to self-only and increased the damage absorbed by them
- Increased the duration of the flight power.
