- "Sign of Glauror" recast increased to 30.0 seconds, effect reduced to 5% to 20% from PR-0 to PR-20.
- "Sign of Glauror" now also debuffs Magic resistance in addition to Cold, Fire, and Lightning.
- "Sign of Glauror" is now flagged as an ElementalDebuff and will stack with other resistance debuffs not flagged as ElementalDebuff.
- "Hexgram Ritual" is now flagged as a MagicDebuff and will stack with other resistance debuffs not flagged as MagicDebuff.
- "Hexgram Ritual" cast time reduced to 1.5 seconds.
- "Hexgram Ritual" recast time increased to 10 seconds.
- Wizards now have their own class specific armor set.
- Changed the casting time of Sign of Disruption to 2s (1.9/.1)
- Fixed the casting timer on Greater Translocate to scale from 7s to 2s (at Power Ranks 0 to 40)
- Charm of Protection and Magic Ward have been updated to take 750 points of damage before the Damage Absorber wears off; note that this means 750 points of damage that the target actually has inflicted upon him or her after resistances have been factored in for the specified resistances in the damage absorber.
- Counterspell and Sign of Disruption have been updated to only affect other players, not creatures.
- Charm of Insight, Chant of Insight, and Charm of Haste have had their durations increased to 1 hour
- Charm of Protection has been modified with a casting time of .02 seconds, a maximum duration of 300 seconds, and a recycle timer of 300 seconds. Mana costs have been reduced to 25. This Damage Absorber absorbs and protects from Crushing, Piercing, and Slashing damage. At Power Rank 40, it will grant +75 resistance and absorbs up to 2000 points of damage for those damage types.
- Wizards have been granted a new power called Magic Ward which has a casting time of .02 seconds, a maximum duration of 300 seconds, a recycle timer of 300 seconds, and costs 25 mana to cast. This is a personal Damage Absorber absorbs and protects from Magic damage. At Power Rank 40, it will grant +75 resistance and absorbs up to 2000 points of damage for that damage type. This power is granted at Power Rank 20.
- Conjure Familiar is now granted at Power Rank 20.
- Charm of Illumination is now granted at Level 10 and requires Wizardy Skill (20), has a casting time of .02 seconds, can be cast while moving, has a duration of 10800 seconds, and grants +60 at Power Rank 40. This power is now granted at Power Rank 20 and does not stack with *Bard Buffs or Incantation of Illumination.
- Incantation of Illumination has been updated to be granted at Level 30 and requires Wizardry Skill (80) and Power Rank 40 for Charm of Illumination. The power grants +20 to +60 *Intelligence and Spirit from Power Ranks 0 to 40 and has a duration of 10800 seconds but does not stack with Bard Buffs or Charm of Illumination.
- Cloak of Obscurity now has the same de-aggro effect as Hide and Sneak.
- The effects of the Wizard's Sign of H'gaan have been raised
- Changed the casting times of the Wizard's Translocation, Greater Translocation, Charm of Binding, Sign of H'gaan, and Sign of Disruption Powers
- Changed power 'Counterspell' to be agressive
- The Stamina Drain on the Wizard's "Mystic Bolt" is now magic-based
- Reduced the stamina conversion on 'Mystic Bolt'
- Consume the Will can now be dispelled with effect/debuff powers.
- The power Charm of Protection is now self-only
- Wizards' 'Incantation of Augmentation' gets a HP buff component.
- Wizards get an improved pet summon power which requires 40 trains in the original pet.
- Wizard pets get a significant innate damage increase.
- Gave Wizard pets love:
- Changed 'Incantation of Augmentation' Con buff to grant +85 instead of +75 at GM.
- Added a +5-10% defense buff to 'Incantation of Augmentation'.
- Increased base speed of Wizard pet demons by 10%.
- Wizard's 'Chant of Confusion' is now area of effect (as was intended).
