Glory is a PvP incentive system added in Patch 1.20 that rewards players for accomplishing impressive feats of PvP with experience and recognition.
Objectives
Players will be rewarded if they:
- Draw first blood for the day on the server
- Get their first individual kill of that day
- Kill someone who is a higher level
- Start a kill streak (kill many people without dying)
- Kill someone who has an ongoing kill streak
- Succeed at capturing or defending a mine or bane
Restrictions
Players can start earning PvP experience at level 20 while they are still on Newb Isle. Players who are level 50 and above will begin to notice leveling from mobs will become slower as an additional incentive to participate in PvP.
Kills of errant players, guild, and nation members are not included in this system.
