- Recall to Runegate, Send to Runegate, and Group Recall to Runegate no longer filter the XPAC zones. There wasn't an obvious reason why we were doing this and it was causing an issue, so, poof!
- Some updates to City Protection Taxes (Weekly and Sales) to finalize this development
- R8 Resource Maintenance Costs now show up on the ToL's Asset Window
- XPAC mines will all be 60 minute duration
