Bug Fixes

• Mine Attack Alerts now correctly show to subguilds
• PVP Alerts now correctly show to subguilds
• Siege Engines (Trebuchet & Ballistas) no longer damage players
• Non-Siege weapons no longer damage mines
• Bane times now display correctly
• Mine times now display correctly
• Expansion mines now rotate correctly
• Saboteur now removes with Tears of Saedron correctly
• Conjurer now removes with Tears of Saedron correctly
• Battle Magus now removes with Tears of Saedron correctly
• Misc logging clean-up
• NPC Buy & Sell Sliders now function correctly
