This patch is not implemented, expected to be implemented week of 12/23.
Changes
- Crashing or re-logging a character at a bane no longer triggers the crasher mechanic resulting in player death.
- Inner council members are now able to use the ./flushcitygold command.
- Cleanup of Building Maintenance code.
