Particle Effects:
"Noisy" particle effects have been modified to improve visibility in group v group. The below spells will now have a lesser impact on overall visibility. The game can now be played at 100% Particle Density.

Fury Call Storm & Call the Blizzard Modification:
To patch the particle effects change, Call Storm & Call the Blizzard have been modified. The cast time has been reduced to 4 seconds from 5 seconds, and now tick 3 times over 15 second (3 iterations) from 3 ticks over 40 seconds. The cool-down has been reduced to 15 seconds from 20 seconds. Damage has been reduced by 50%. DPS remains the same.
Azure Star Foot Ointment:
Azure Star Foot Ointment is now a 5 second cast, +50% Movement Buff. This has been implemented to improve travel for boxed characters.
