Description

Statistic Runes are items that can be found that will increase your characters statistics past the amount normally allowed by your race. These runes will be specific to one of your attributes and will come in a variety of sizes. They cost a set number of attribute points to apply and will increase the maximum value of the relevant attribute. Runes of the same statistic will overwrite each other. This means the player can use the runes as stepping stones if he does not meet the minimum attribute requirement.

Droppers

Stat runes are dropped based on mob biome, not based on what type the zone is. But it is true that most of the mobs biome and the zone type are the same. The list below will list the type of macro zones that the stat runes can be found at:

  • Strength: Found on Desert and Wasteland mobs.
  • Intelligence: Found on Timber and Forest mobs.
  • Dexterity: Found on Swamp and Jungle mobs.
  • Constitution: Found on Northlands and Mountains mobs.
  • Spirit: Found on Grasslands mobs.
  • Oblivion, Chaos and World mobs spawn all 5 runestone types.

Requirements, Cost, and Drops

The table below describes the number of points in an attribute required to apply a certain level of rune. For example, if a player wishes to apply an enhanced rune, he would need 85 points of the relevant stat to do so. It also lists how much it costs to fill your attribute after applying the rune and the best levels to find the rune at.
