Patch 4.2.0

Improvements

Changes:

Improvement to Movement Sync.
Azure Foot Ointment is no longer usable in air.
Trainer Guild/Nation sliders save correctly as intended.
Post-Bane numbers will now report into the PvP Discord Channel.
Raidstone mechanic in-game with expected release the weekend of 1/19. More to come!
Adjustments to Group Arrows intermittently not reporting correctly, this is difficult to recreate, but improvements have been made.
