Patch 19, March 2007 Content Patch, was added to live servers on March 29th, 2007.

Changelog

GENERAL

  • Experience Loss for death to PvE has been removed
  • Fixed an issue where magical items would display a -1000 seconds timer
  • Creatures will no longer be inhibited by simple objects and will be able to strike back against players who attempt to him them using this "tactic".
  • Health Recovery Powers no longer stack (this does not include Health Recovery bonuses from items, just castable Powers); this will be modified in an upcoming hotfix so that Gladiator Power "Treat Wounds" will stack with personal Health Recovery Powers such as Herb Lore and Amazon's Endurance, but not with Group versions such as Gentle Melody or Aid to the Faithful
  • Anniversary Hats are now for sale in Sea Dog's Rest on the Cloth Vendor
  • The Weapon Fence in Sea Dog's Rest now sells the Warlock Staff, Nightstalker Crossbow, Nightstalker Unarmed Combat weapon, and Druid Sword
  • The Fate's Peddler in Sea Dog's Rest now shows her full stock instead of a rotating stock on each reboot
  • The Jewelry Fence now sells rings as well as amulets
  • Alacrity and Mana Regeneration Potions are now available
  • Reduced the effects of the Mana Regeneration (135%) and Attack Speed (-36%) potions
  • Adjusted the Windows of Opportunity on Redemption to start two hours later and end two hours earlier (this is already live)

CITY/SIEGE/GUILD

  • Reduced the weight on all Siege Weapons; Siege Hammer (13.3), Siege Bow (11), and Siege Staff (9)
  • Instituted a Siege Recovery Time so that a city successfully defended or taken over has 24 hours before it can be baned again; this system does not extend to new trees that are planted when a siege is lost and the original Tree of Life is destroyed (broken)
  • Modified the resistances to Siege Engines; they are now less resistant to Cold (75), Crushing (50), Fire (25), Lightning (50), Magic (50), Piercing (50), and Slashing (50) damage.
  • Resource Mines can now only be Rank 1; Already ranked Resource Mines will be grandfathered in but will be unable to rank them up once lost and will derank from their current rank to zero (0).
  • The Health of a Rank 1 Resource Mine is now 125,000 hit points and allows 8 hirelings to be slotted
  • Decreased the contract costs for Resource Harvesters and Guards to 25,000
  • Fixed an issue that would cause various City and Siege Assets to be invulnerable during the War Phase of a Siege
