Journeyman

In most stances, powers, and skills, Journeyman represents the mid-point of 20 trains on a scale of 1 to 40 trains.

Some skills and powers, especially those granted by Disciplines, allow no a maximum of 20 trains, in which case Journeyman is the highest attainable level (20 on a scale of 1 to 20).
