Scroll
Scrolls are inventory items created and sold by sages that mimic certain effects available through powers.
Scrolls with non-instantaneous effects are interrupted by damage, wasting the scroll (or charge).

List of Scrolls
Scroll of Recall
A scroll of recall mimics the effects of the mage power Astral Tether: It returns its user to their bind point (usually the city matching their guild crest).
Using a scroll of recall takes 7 seconds to activate. During this time a large, white particle effect will slowly expand from the user, allowing everyone nearby to know that you are using the scroll.
Scrolls of Recall have a single charge, but can be purchased in bundles of 5 or tomes of 20.
Scroll of Identify
A scroll of identify mimics the effects of the mage power Lore of the Ancients: It changes the player's cursor to a crosshairs. The next item clicked will have its hidden properties revealed.
While scroll of identify is usable on any object, it will only affect objects with hidden magical properties (identified by orange text on the item's tool tip that reads "Requires Identification").
Scrolls of Identify have a single charge, but can be purchased in bundles of 5 or tomes of 20.
Scroll of Divine Cure
Scroll of divine cure mimics the effects of the Priest spell Divine Aid, and will remove any poison or disease up to level 20. Scroll of divine cure takes three seconds to work.
Scroll of Summon Bane Circle
- Main article: Bane
A scroll of summon bane circle places a bane stone on an enemy's city grid at the location the user is standing when it is used.
Scrolls of summon bane circle come in ranks 1 through 8. In order to attack a city, your bane scroll must be greater than or equal to the rank of the defending city. It is often in the best interest of the attacker to always choose the highest rank they can afford, because higher-ranked bane stones will have more health and open slots for siege equipment.
