| − | Unhappy with the thought of giving up so easily Halethrain and Goretash bidded all guild members to rebel against the decision. A meeting took place at the servers only open tree: Oasis. At the meeting it was decided that a new guild named Morloch's Vengeance would be formed to continue the war. Goretash, both a minotaur and better known member, took reigns as the guild leader, while Halethrain took up the position of co-lead. Throughout the next week Halethrain worked tirelessly to create an alliance to erradicate Denied. Nearly the entire server rallied to the fight, which was commanded primarily by the guild Lex Talionis. A bane was dropped by Morloch's Vengeance (supplied by Lex Talionis) and the largest battle in the history of Shadowbane took place. The number of people reported to be present at the bane vary widely, but are believed to be in the region of 1500 to 2000 individuals.
