*[[Divine Favor]] will now grant to any character in nation. 
*The [[Bastion]] on [[Maelstrom]] is no longer a safezone.
*Sanctuary on [[Oblivion]] is no longer a safezone.
*Reduced the cost of 2H Mastery weapons from 500 Galvor to 250.
*Reduced the cost of 1H Mastery weapons from 250 Galvor to 125.
*Added Masterwork Gwendannen Horn Bow (Scout Only) - Chance on hit, Group 10% Defense Buff. 
*Added Masterwork Horwathi Bow (Scout Only) - 10% Armor Piercing.

===Bug Fixes===
*Resolved an issue where the Great Catharsis Blade did not proc as expected.
