Wear Armor, Medium

Dex penalties seem to be a hard coded percentage for each piece of armor. Although I've been able to get most of the percentages from the old En-Tranz site, it does not contain the percentages for newer armor types. So for all newer armor types I've calculated an estimated formula for dex penalty- this isn't entirely accurate but seems to be close on most pieces:

(weight of all armor) * .004 * (dex with no armor) = (dex with armor equipped)

Below is a list of weights and resists (slashing/piercing/crushing in that order) for all the different armor types and the estmated dex penalty (multiply your dex by it to get how much your dex will be reduced after equipping it) and an example of how much your dex would be reduced by wearing a full set of the armor (defaults to penalty based on 130 dex without armor equipped).
