Bargaining Now Works
Bargaining (Thief and Shopkeeper's Apprentice) has been implemented. Max trains are 90 on the skill, which would yield an 18% discount on NPC purchases.
Boons are Now Nation Friendly
The other emulators had this right. We have copied.
The Resource Harvester
A new NPC wanders Sea Dog's Rest. The Resource Harvester sells stacks of 10 resources (excluding Agate and Mithril). Prices will fluctuate based on demand.
Note: The NPC window will say "Quantity: 1," disregard that. This stack will be 10 in your inventory.
