Leadership

Leadership is a skill granted by the Commander discipline. It provides a bonus to gained experience. It grants an estimated one percent additional experience amount per point invested without exceeding the experience cap (percent of the exp normally gained at a given level). For leadership to be in effect, the character employing it must be set as the party leader and be within experience-gaining range.
For example: A level 30 character gains 50,000 exp per kill at a cap of 55,000 per kill. Leadership, regardless of skill level, can only provide 55,000.
