Teliot I removed the Prelate from the classes available list as it was not on my rune (Braillia) i have a screen shot and a CSR saying prelate is not supported.

On the rune itself, you will see what are the requirements to apply it. Your promotion class (Prelate), is not on the list of requirements, unfortunately.
