Leadership
Leadership is a skill granted by the Commander disciplene. It provides a bonus to gained experience. It grants an estimated one percent additional experience amount per point invested without exceeding the experience cap (percent of the exp normally gained at their level). For leadership to be in effect, the character employing it must be set as the party leader and be within experience-gain range.
For example: A level 30 character gains 50,000 exp per kill at a cap of 55,000 per kill. Leadership, regardless of skill level, can only provide 55,000.
