Sitting

Characters may sit to increase the regeneration rate of their stamina, health, and mana. The player also receives several penalties while sitting.
Bonuses
- Health regeneration increases by 5x, making you regenerate 4% of your health every 10 seconds (assuming that you have no regeneration modifiers)
- You can still avoid attacks with your passive defense, as they receive no penalty.
- Resistances will still reduce the amount of damage you take normally
Penalties
- You cannot avoid attacks through defense (but the 5% chance to miss rule still applies)
- All powers do 2.5x as much damage to you, and physical attacks do 4x as much damage to you (minus resistances)
