Leadership gives an estimated 1% more experience per point invested till the exp cap is reached for their level. (% of the exp normally gained at their level)
The character must be set as group leader and be within normal exp range for the bonus to be applied.
Eg. A level 30 character gains 50,000 exp per kill at a cap of 55,000 per kill. Leadership reguardless of % can only provide 55,000 to that character.
