A Nation Leader or "NL" is in charge of a nation. Like a guild leader, he is ultimately responsible for all areas of guild management, including initiating and banishing members, promoting and demoting members in Guild rank, and controlling his City's Tree of Life. Additionally, a Nation Leader has executive control over acquiring and dropping other provinces and determining the entire nation's mine windows of opportunity.
