Shuggroth M'ael is a multi headed gigantic beast that resides in a mountainous desert cove surrounded by snake-men followers. It is so large that its heads can reach adventurers at even the highest altitudes of flight.
Damage Dealt
Shuggroth Mael, deals poison damage as its main damage. The only way to resist its dps is with a gorgoi/belgosch rune, that provides poison fortitude.
Multiple Deaths
Due to a bug, Shuggroth seems to be able to actually kill a player twice. When killed, your armor will take double normal damage.
