Patch 1.5, the Reforged in Flame phase 2 patch was added to the Shadowbane Emulator on September 19th, 2014.

Bug Fixes
  • Weapon Enchantment powers ("procs") now display their damage ranges in their power tooltip.
  • Weapon style deferred effects now show their effect and duration. Ex: -26% DEF or the damage range of a bleed.
  • Various particle effects have been improved and missing ones fixed.
  • World map tooltips have been updated (Adventure Zone descriptions, actual levels, etc.)
  • Combat Stances no longer require characters to be in combat mode.
General Changes
  • 5% of all gold looted now goes directly to your guild's warehouse. If you have no guild or warehouse, that gold is lost.
  • Root powers have been readjusted to 1.5 to 0.2s cast time, a duration of 20s to 40s and a recycle timer of 20 seconds between power ranks 0 and 40.
  • Personal Damage Absorbers now absorb 1,000 damage, up from 750.
  • Damage buffs have been changed to 10+0.75 of power rank. PR 20 damage buffs will all be +20% damage, PR 40 damage buffs will all be +40% damage.
  • Travel Stance's movement speed component has been increased to 60% (from 50%).
  • The Running skill is no longer modified by any attributes. It was formerly modified by Intelligence, Dexterity and Constitution.
  • Water Bucket's healing effect has been changed to a % Heal over Time. It has a duration of 1 minute and an interval of 10 seconds. This means that it longer scales off of Int, Spirit or Power Damage.
  • Spell resistance buffs have been changed such that they are no longer used before a battle in a preventative way. They are now more of a reactionary measure to use during a battle.
    • Single-target resistance Buffs now stack with group resistance buffs and chants.
    • Single-target Resistance Buff cast times and duration has been standardized. Their cast times are now 2 seconds (from 3-4s) and a duration of 60 seconds (from 900s).
    • All group spell-type resistance buffs have had their duration and casting time, and stack categories standardized. These spells are now reactionary instead of preventative in nature.
    • These spells cap at PR 1
    • They now stack with single-target spell resistance buffs and chants.
    • Their cast times are now 1 second (was between 3 and 5)
    • Their duration of 180 seconds (down from 900).
  • Area of Effect powers will be moving away from their classic mechanics. Rather than "Group Friendly" or "Excludes Caster", Area of Effect powers will be changed to support the "Ignores 10 Allies" mechanic. This means that when an AoE power selects targets, X allies caught within its radius will be omitted regardless of to whose group they belong. An ally is a Nation Member.
  • Area of Effect powers with effect radii between 28 and 32 have been standardized to 40 units. Ex: Call Lightning (formerly 32) now has an equivalent radius to Hedge of Thorns (40).
  • Area of Effect powers now hit up to 60 player targets (from 7). The first 5 players hit by an AoE will take 100% damage and the remaining 55 targets will take 50% damage. This will show as 2 damage entries to the first 5, and one damage entry to the rest. Effects such as DoTs or Debuffs will apply evenly to all targets. The exceptions to this change are:
    • Fury
      • Call the Blizzard - Maximum Targets: 10 (Unmitigated)
      • Call Storm - Maximum Targets: 10 (Unmitigated)
    • Necromancer
      • Phantasmagoria - Maximum Targets: 60 (Unmitigated)
    • Sentinel
      • Divine Word of Binding - Maximum Targets: 60 (Unmitigated)
    • Warlock
      • Needs of the One - Maximum Targets: 60 (Unmitigated)
Item Changes
  • All Reforged in Flame item enchantment changes now properly display in the hireling craft window.
  • Item enchantments have been further adjusted as follows:

    • Resistance Prefixes have been reduced. The Obsidian variants are now +25 while, with the highest Non-Obsidian variant being +20. Down from +35 and +30 respectively.
  • The "Charmed" amulet prefix has been reduced to 10 fire, lightning, and cold resistance. Its lower-tier variants have been similarly changed.
  • Movement speed enchantments have been redesigned:
    • ...of the Wind is now +2%
    • ...of the Zephyr is now +4%
    • ...of the Windlords is now +6%
  • Intermediate equipment enchantments (+7 Defense, +4 Melee Resistance, +8 Constitution, etc.) have been made easier to obtain through crafting:
    • These intermediate enchantments will cost just one unit of agate to create using formula crafting.
    • Agate has been removed from the requirements for any other enchantments and can now be found by defeating unique monsters in the world.
    • Enchantments below the intermediate tier will now never cost any resources other than gold.
  • We are working to solidify the "ideal" tier of enchantments.
    • The ideal tier includes +9 defense, +25 spell resistance, +5.5 melee resistance, +12 stat bonus, etc.
    • Armor enchantments (Defense, Physical Resists, etc.) will cost 5 Obsidian or Bloodstone.
    • Jewelry enchantments (Attributes, Spell Resists, etc.) will cost 10 Obsidian or Bloodstone.
    • Weapon enchantments (attack rating & Haste, max damage, etc.) will cost 20 Obsidian or Bloodstone.
    • These are a work in progress, and are still being tweaked. Feedback is appreciated.
  • Elite Armor has been revamped once again:
    • No longer takes damage on death.
    • Drop rates have been changed to 10% (down from 20%)
    • Now takes 1 point of damage per day it is used:
      • If it is equipped on a character you are actively playing, it will take 1 damage each day you log in and use that character.
      • If it is in your bank, or you do not log that character in, it will not take damage.

World Changes
  • Two new world objectives have been added, Crystal Crag and Kenaryn's Hold.
  • Dalgoth
    • Captain Quint has relocated Sea Dog's Rest to the Freeman's Coast territory.
    • Therikos Senn and Lion's Gate have ceded their lands to the people of Dalgoth.
    • A new safehold, Orrin Faste has been appeared in the Malgoth territory.
    • A strifehold has sprung up in the Katharuun territory.

    • Grimtalon the Stonefiend (Prospector) has found the way back to his classic spawn point at the Cathedral Ruins in Aered Malgoth.
    • A second Grimtalon the Stonefiend will appear at the Ancient Battlefield in Klin Grolluk Woods.
    • Glandor Ingloridan (Blood Prophet) has ventured southeast of the Marid Pavilion, and can now be found in the Drake Death Ground.
    • Corath the Bloodmage (Scion of the Gwaridorn) has migrated southwest of Eglar Sollistan to Fragments of Romellando. He hopes to meet new friends there.
    • Grendohl (Stormlord) has roamed east of Wyrd Stones/Frost Dens to the Vale of the Cold Drake/Vale of the Wendigo.
    • Esh, Terror of the Sands (Sun Dancer), content with his accomplishments at Ruins of Fabled Maz'Karsahn, has ventured to Chaos Barrens/Sand Troll Dens.
    • Syarl the Obsidian Fox (Blade Master) was evicted from Cleansing Flame Wells, and has taken up residence in the She-Devil Oasis (Prekalar'akt Barracks).

Class Changes
  • The Restoration skill is now modified 100% by Spirit rather than 60% Int 40% Spirit. This will help differentiate support and damage builds. We expect the heal output of Intelligence heavy Healers to be reduced by around 15%.
  • Blessed Mending's mana cost has been increased to 30-50, up from 10-26 (between power ranks 0 and 40)
  • Blessed Healing has been redesigned:
    • Training once again caps at PR 40.
    • The spell scales less, but will be more powerful than before at its training cap.
    • Its mana cost has been increased to 65-125 from 18-50 (between PR 0 and 40)
  • Its recycle timer has increased to 10 seconds.
  • Contagion may now be cast on players.
  • Contagion's particle effect now looks like other disease damage spells.
  • Rogue's Hide has been removed.
  • Post-stealth powerblocks now last 3s, up from 1.5s.
  • Sneak training now caps at PR 20 down from PR 40.
  • Sneak's stamina cost has been reduced to 0 and its cast time increased to 3 seconds. Its duration has been reduced to 300s. Sneak movement penalty has been increased from 10% to 30%.
  • The Running skill is no longer modified by any attributes. It was formerly modified by Intelligence, Dexterity and Constitution.
  • Added "Stalk", a new invisibility, detect hidden and movement speed buff.
    • Stalk may be trained to PR 40 and requires 18 points in Sneak.
    • Stalk has a Stamina cost of 100, a cast time of 0.2 seconds, a duration of 30 seconds and a recycle timer of 300 seconds.
    • The movement speed component of this power is linked with its invisibility.
    • The Detect Hidden component of this power has a duration of 15 seconds.
    • Shades will retain the ability to go invisible, and in fact, may move while using it now.
  • Poison System backstab powers have been redesigned:
    • They now deal 2% Health/Mana/Stamina Damage (down from 3%) every 2 seconds (up from every 4/5 seconds), but only last 10 seconds (down from 30-60.
    • Buchinine now also applies a Ground to its target for 45 Seconds (Blackmask) and 90 Seconds (Assassin & Thief).
    • Their stamina cost increased to 50 (from 20)
    • Their recycle timers increased to 180s (from 30s).
    • These powers have had their range increased from 0 to 15. This is a usability fix and should help players that have difficulties with positioning sync.
  • Assassin's Shadowmantle now once again blocks percent heals and has been given an identifiable "dark" aura particle tied to its effect.
    • Shadowmantle's cast time has been reduced to 1s, its duration has been reduced to 30s and its recycle timer was increased to 30s. (from 10)
  • All Bard Chants have been redesigned:
    • Chants now train cap at PR 20.
    • Chants now have a duration of 60 seconds and a recycle timer of 30 seconds.
    • Each chant is now categorized as a "melody", a "rede" or a "song" (as indicated in their names).
    • Activating a new chant of the same category will overwrite the previous one.
  • Melodies:
    • Gentle Melody now heals for a small amount of health every 5s for 30s in addition to granting health recovery.
    • Restive Melody now heals a small amount of stamina every 5s for 30s in addition to granting stamina recovery.
    • Calming Melody now heals for a small amount of mana every 5s for 30s in addition to granting mana recovery.
  • Redes:
    • The Rhythm of Steel has been renamed "Dela's Rede of Deftness". It is an Attack Rating chant which increases attack rating by 90 to 250 between power ranks 0 and 20.
    • Baleful Battlehymn has been renamed "Cuthric's Rede of Cunning". It is a Defense chant which increased DEF by 30 to 150 between power ranks 0 and 20.
    • Ragnor's Rede of Rending's has been reworked into a Group Damage and Power Damage Rede.
    • Ragnor's Rede of Rending will now stack with other damage buffs and increases Damage and Power Damage by 1% to 10% between power ranks 1 and 20.
  • Songs:
    • Song of Spring's effect now caps at +15 fire, lightning, and cold resistance.
    • Song of Warding, Litany of Focus and Song of Fortitude now cap at +30 Resistance.
    • Song chants will now stack with other resist power types (Single-target & Group but NOT other Songs)
  • Mighty Countersong has been redesigned:
    • Cast time reduced to .2 seconds and recycle timer increased to 30 seconds (from 10).
    • Now a group dispel debuff, snare, stun and root immunity power which lasts 5 seconds.
  • Channeler's Flesh of Granite has been reworked into a Single-target Physical Ward.
    • Flesh of Granite now costs 75 Mana, a cast time of 1.5s, absorbs 500 Physical damage, has duration of 15s and a recycle timer of 10s.
  • Channeler's Flesh of Lead has been reworked into a Single-target Elemental Ward.
    • Flesh of Lead now costs 75 mana, a cast time of 1.5s, absorbs 500 Elemental damage, has a duration of 15s and a recycle timer of 10s.
  • Channeler's Aqueous Rejuvenation has been reworked into "Glacial Rejuvenation" a Single-target Encase and Restoration over Time power.
  • Channeler power added: Glacial Rejuvenation.
    • Glacial Rejuvination is a root which restores the target's health, mana and stamina. The Root and Healing ends after taking 1,000 damage.
    • Glacial Rejuvenation costs 110 to 150 mana between power ranks 0 and 40, a cast time of 7s to 2s between power ranks 0 and 40, a duration of 8s and a recycle timer of 60s.
    • Glacial Rejuvenation's healing components are based on the Restoration skill.
  • Healer Channeler Offensive stance has been increased to 20 (from 10) and Defensive Stance to 30 (from 10).
  • Channeler's Blizzard's Damage has been reduced by about 25%. Its mana cost has been increased to 64 to 90 (from 33-59) between power ranks 1 and 40.
  • Channeler's Divert the Aerial Flow has been reworked into "Divert the Elements".
  • Channeler's Divert the Elements has a mana cost of 120 and dispels 1 Cold, Fire and Lightning effect.
  • Channeler's Aura of Flame has been reworked into "Cauterize", a Single-target Fire Damage (10% HEALTH) & Debuff Dispel.
    • Cauterize costs 150 mana, has a cast time of 1.5s and a recycle timer of 6s.
  • Confessor's Steadfast Congregation recycle timer and duration are now 30s, and its cast time has been reduced from 8s to 4s. The absorption amount is 500.
  • Confessor's Render Guilt will now dispel Strength Buffs of equal or lower power rank.
  • Confessor's Render Guilt mana cost has been increased to 120-160 (from 20-60) between power ranks 0 and 40 and its recycle timer has been increased to 30s.
  • Confessor's Contrition power focus has been changed from Thaumaturgy to Restoration and its efficiency at PR 40 has increased to 250%.
  • Confessor's Contrition Mana cost increased to 100-140 between power ranks 0 and 40, its cast time has been reduced to 1.5s and recycle timer was reduced to 10s (from 15s).
  • Purge Wickedness' power focus has been changed from Thaumaturgy to Restoration and its the efficiency at PR 40 has increased to 150%.
  • Confessor's Purge Wickedness' mana cost has increased to 120-153 (from 23-53) between power ranks 0 and 40, its cast time was reduced 1.5s and recycle timer was increased to 10s (from 5s).
  • Confessor's Fortress of Faith reworked into a Single-target Evasion power.
    • Fortress of Faith now grants a 95% chance to be missed to the recipient.
    • Fortress of Faith has a cast time 6 to 2 seconds, a duration of 5 to 15 seconds and its recycle timer has been reduced to 300s.
  • Confessor's Redeemer's Blessing sacrifice ratio has been increased from 120%(HOT)/160% to 250%(HOT)/250% while its base value was reduced from 13.5 to 10.0.
  • Confessor's Kiss of the Martyr base transfer amount has been lowered from 31.5 to 26.5 and the transfer ratio increased from 240% to 250%.
  • Confessor's Inspiration of the Zealots now scales up to 120% efficiency (from 80%).
    • Inspiration of the Zealots now applies a stacking 10-30 Spirit buff to the caster called Inspiration. Inspiration has a duration of 60 seconds.
  • Confessor's Inspire the Chosen now applies Inspiration to its target.
  • Confessor's Brand the Wicked and Saint Malorn's Wrath now deal minor Stamina damage in addition to Fire damage components. This Stamina damage is mitigated by Fire Resistance.
  • Confessor's Saint Malorn's Wrath is now a Ranged area of Effect power (from Point Blank).
  • Crusader's Blessing of The Healing Hands now dispels ALL debuffs from its target.
    • Blessing of The Healing Hands' mana cost has been increased to 200 (from 2-42), its cast time was reduced to .2s (from 1s) and its cast range has been increased to 25 units.
  • Crusader's Aid to the Faithful has been reworked into a Group Healing Receptivity Buff.
    • Aid to the Faithful increases health regeneration by 300% and healing received by +30% for 30s at PR 40 rank.
    • Aid to the Faithful now consumes 200 to 600 Health between power ranks 1 and 40 to use, has a duration of 30 seconds and has a 300s recast.
  • Crusader's Benediction of Saint Lorne's effectiveness has been reduced to 0% to 40% between power ranks 0 and 40.
    • Benediction of Saint Lorne now requires 60 to 64 Health (from 30 Mana) between power ranks 0 and 40.
    • Benediction of Saint Clarimus has been reworked into "Sanctuary of Faith", a Group Elemental, Unholy and Mental Fortitude power
  • Crusader's Sanctuary of Faith's effect triggers at 5% of the recipient's maximum health at power rank 40.
    • Sanctuary of Faith has a Health cost of 135 to 720 between power ranks 0 and 40, a duration of 5 seconds and a recycle timer of 40 seconds.
  • Druid's Regrowth's mana cost has been increased to 85 (from 59) and cast time reduced to 2.5 (from 2.7). Regrowth's initial heal has been greatly reduced, and now has a respectable heal over time effect which lasts for 10 seconds.
  • Druid's Raptor Cloak has been reworked into a Single-target Transformation power.
    • Raptor Cloak's mana cost has been increased to 250 (at PR 40), cast time rescaled to 6.5 to 1.5 between power ranks 1 and 40, its duration has been reduced to 30s and its recycle timer has been reduced to 120s.
    • Raptor Cloak's movement speed component now scales from 10% to 40% between power ranks 0 and 40. While affected, the target is immune to Roots and Snares.
  • Druid's Cloak of Thorns' Piercing Damage Shield effect is now percent based. Its effectiveness has been rescaled to 20%-100% between power ranks 0 and 40.
    • Cloak of Thorns' now costs 120 to 160 mana between power ranks 0 and 40, its duration has been reduced to 15 seconds (from 120 to 300 seconds) and its recycle timer increased to 10 seconds.
  • Druid's Braialla's Kiss, the single target percent heal has been reworked into a Single-target Heal over Time power.
    • Braialla's Kiss' mana cost has been increased to 140-180 between power ranks 0 and 40, has a duration of 60s and a recycle timer of 30s.
  • Druid's Breath of Spring, the group percent heal has been reworked into a Group Heal over Time & Nature (Bleeding, Fire & Poison) Ward.
    • Breath of Spring's mana cost has been increased to 240-280 between power ranks 0 and 40, a cast time of 4 seconds, has a duration of 60s and a recycle timer of 600s to 300s between power ranks 0 and 40.
  • The Healing over Time components for Regrowth, Braialla's Kiss and Breath of Spring's will stack with other similar effects.
  • The cast range of all Doomsayer's drains has been increased to 120 (from 100).
  • Doomsayer's Leech of Souls has been reworked into an Area of Effect Mana Regeneration and Power Cost Debuff
    • Leech of Souls has a mana cost of 335, a cast time of 4s, a duration of 10s and a recycle timer of 30s.
    • Leech of Souls disables mana recovery (-100%) and increase the power cost of affected targets by 10% to 40% between power ranks 0 and 40.
  • Doomsayer's Unleash the Taint & Sign of Vel'khev have had their cast times reduced to 2s (from 4s), their effectiveness has been reduced by 40% and their recycle timers have been reduced to 5s (from 10s).
  • Doomsayer's Unleash Blight's effectiveness has been increased by 10%.
  • Doomsayer's Vel'khev's Kiss' cast time has been increased to 5s (from 3s) and its effectiveness has been increased by 100%.
  • Doomsayer's Gellegur's Baleful Binding has been reworked into a Dispel Debuff).
    • Gellegur's Baleful Binding has a mana cost of 150 at PR 40 and a recycle timer of 8s.
  • Doomsayer's Blight of Throol'hroon Gen'aa's mana cost has been increased to 155 at PR 40, its cast time has been reduced from 5s to 0.2s and the power's Healing Resistance compponent now scales up to +50 Healing. The duration of all of Blight of Throol'hroon Gen'aa's effects now has a duration of 60s and its recycle timer has been reduced 30s.
  • Prelate's Saint Victor's Vigor has been reworked into a Single-target Snare Immunity power.
    • Saint Victor's Vigor has a mana cost of 200, a cast time of 1.5s, a duration of 15s and a recycle timer of 90s.
  • Prelate's Smite the Dead has been reworked into "Radiant Beacon", a Heal Receptivity Buff and Area of Effect Reveal & NoHide power.
    • Radiant Beacon increases a target's Healing Receptivity by +30% for 15s and reveals hidden characters within 60 units of it.
    • Radiant Beacon blocks invisibility for all affected characters for 15s.
    • Radiant Beacon has a mana cost of 150, a cast time of 1s, a duration of 15s and a recycle timer of 60s.
  • Prelate's Aid to the Injured has been reworked into a Single-target Heal and Health Buff power.
    • Aid to the Injured's mana cost has been increased to 150, its cast time now scales from 6s to 1.5s between power ranks 1 and 40 and it now has a recycle timer of 60s
    • Aid to the Injured increases the Health of its target by 220 to 1000 between power ranks 1 and 40 for 30s.
  • Prelate's Touch of Saint Wend healing numbers have been reduced to 20-42 (from 20-52). The spell now also restores a small amount of stamina.
  • Priest's Incantation of Renunciation's mana cost has been increased to 150 (from 100).
  • Priest's Prayer of Recovery's mana cost has been increased to 138-150 (from 105-138) between power ranks 0 to 40, its cast time has been reduced to 3.5s (from 5s) and its recycle timer has been increased to 30s (from 10s).
    • Prayer of Recovery's radius has been reduced to 20 units (from 50 units) and the power's heal scaling (Heals/Rank) has been doubled.
  • Priest's Prayer of Protection has been reworked as Prayer of Humility, a Point Blank Area of Effect Damage Debuff and Damage Buff Dispel.
    • Prayer of Humility has a radius of 20 units, a mana cost of 150, a cast time of 3.5 seconds and a duration of 30s.
    • Prayer of Humility reduces the Damage of affected targets by 0% to 40% between power ranks 0 and 40.
  • Priest's Empowered Healing has been reworked into "Prayer of Potency", a Group Health Buff.
    • Prayer of Potency has a radius of 20 units and increases maximum Health by 100 to 500 between power ranks 0 and 40.
    • Prayer of Potency has a mana cost of 150, a cast time of 3.5 seconds, a duration of 20-40 seconds and a recycle timer of 30 seconds
  • Necromancer's Embrace the Void's duration has been reduced to 180s (from 900s).
  • Necromancer's Channel the Void now train caps at PR-1, retains full effectiveness and its duration has been reduced to 60s (from 900s).
  • Necromancer's Phantasmagoria has been reworked into a Channeled Point Blank Area of Effect Damage Spell.
    • Phantasmagoria has a mana cost of 245-254 between power ranks 1 to 10, a cast time of 2s, a duration of 15s, a recycle timer of 360s
    • Phantasmagoria deals 1% of an affected target's Maximum Health (as Bleeding) and a base amount (around 100-230) (as Bleeding) every second.
    • Phantasmagoria train caps at PR-10 and will end if the caster moves, is Stunned or Powerblocked.
  • Nightstalker's Put to the Torch has been reworked into a Single-target Delayed Damage power.
    • Put to the Torch has a mana cost of 126-160 between power ranks 1 and 40 and a duration of 15s.
    • Put to the Torch initially deals minor Holy Damage followed by a large amount of Fire damage after 10 seconds.
    • Put to the Torch's Fire damage component may be interrupted if its debuff is dispelled.
  • Nightstalker's Litany of Discretion's recycle timer has been reduced to 8s (from 30).
  • Nightstalker's Stalker's Resilience has been reworked into a Single-target Heal over Time.
    • Stalker's Resilience's mana cost has been increased to 115-125 (from 16 to 25) between power ranks 1 and 40.
  • Ranger's Beast Lord's Boon has been reworked into Jackal's Cloak, a Single-target Invisibility, Snare Dispel and Heal over Time power.
    • Jackal's Cloak's cast time breaks on damage. Its healing is modified by the Beastcraft focus.
    • Jackal's Cloak has a mana cost of 80 to 160 between power ranks 0 and 40, a cast time of 1.5 seconds, a duration of 10 seconds and a recycle timer of 590 to 120 seconds between power ranks 0 and 40.
  • Ranger's Mend Wounds mana cost has been rescaled to 20-100 between power ranks 0 and 40 (from 55 to 63).
  • Ranger's Grasp of Thorns' mana cost has increased to 66-88 between power ranks 0 and 40, its cast time has been reduced to 2 seconds (from 4) and its recycle timer has been increased to 6s.
    • Grasp of Thorns now deals both Piercing and Bleeding Damage over time. A heal of equal rank may be used to dispel Grasp of Thorns' Bleeding component.
  • Scout's Rapid Shot has been reworked into "Reconnaissance", a Personal Untrackability, Movement Speed Buff and Damage Debuff power.
    • Reconnaissance has a stamina cost of 10, a cast time of 20s, a duration of 180 seconds and a recycle timer of 300 seconds.
    • Reconnaissance increases the Movement Speed of the caster by 3% to 100% and Stamina Recovery by +201% to +240% between power ranks 1 and 40.
    • Reconnaissance reduces the Damage of the caster by -40% and Power Damage by -30% for 300 seconds. (-25% PWR, -25% DMG) which last 300s.
    • Reconnaissance's Untrackability and Movement Speed components end upon taking or dealing damage. The Damage debuffs cannot be dispelled.
  • Scout's Reveal has been reworked into "Pin Down", a bow-only Root power.
    • Pin Down has a Stamina cost of 50, a duration of 3s, a recycle timer of 30s and does not break on damage.
  • Scout's Hunt Prey has been reworked into "Pinpoint", a Single-target Reveal and Invisibility Block
    • Pinpoint has a Stamina cost of 25, a duration of 30s and a recycle timer of 30s.
    • Pinpoint has a recognizable particle effect and should be easily identifiable from a distance.
  • Scout's Detect Hidden now costs 50 Mana (from 10 stamina).
  • Scout's Camouflage reworked into an Area Sneak power.
    • Camouflage has a cast time of 6 seconds, a duration of 120s and a recycle timer of 90s.
    • Camouflage has a radius of 10 units. It affects the caster and up to 2 nearby allies.
  • Scout's Hunt Foe (Track) cast time has been reduced to 3s (from 12s).
  • Sentinel's Divine Word of Binding's recycle timer now scales with power rank by 1200 to 120 between power ranks 0 and 40.
    • Divine Word of Binding's radius has been reduced to 20 units. Its damage is not mitigate by the new 5/55 AoE rule.
  • Templar's Sword of Saint Malorn now costs 75 Mana (from 25 Stamina).
  • The Mana replenishment component of Templar's Wing of the Seraphim has been reduced to a flat 20% at all power ranks.
  • Warlock's Needs of the One has been reworked into a Point Blank Area of Effect Percent Mana Drain power.
    • Needs of the One's radius has been reduced to 20 units, has a cast time of 2.5s and its recycle timer has been reduced to 12s.
    • Needs of the One drains .05% to 20% Mana from affected targets between power ranks 0 and 40. Needs of the One is not mitigated by the new 5/55 AoE rule.
  • Warlock's Mind Trap has been reworked into a Point Blank Area of Effect Root power.
    • Mind Trap's radius has been reduced to 20 units, has a cast time of 3.5 seconds, a duration of 10s and a recycle timer of 330s to 60s between power ranks 20 and 40.
Discipline Changes
  • Sapper's Balefume has been reworked into a Point Blank Area of Effect Healing Dispel power.
  • Balefume's radius has been reduced to 20 units and it now dispels all Healing effects from affected targets. This includes Health Regeneration, Healing over Time and Healing Receptivity.
  • The "bot powers" of Sapper, Artillerist, Battle Magus, Sanctifier and Saboteur now train cap at PR-1 yet retain their 20 point effectiveness.
  • Sanctifier's Sacred Reinforcement has been reworked into a Percent Heal over Time power. It no longer scales off of Intelligence, Spirit or Restoration.
  • Battle Magus's Demolishing Spell has been reworked into a Percent Damage over Time power. It no longer scales off of Intelligence, Spirit or Sorcery.
  • Battle Magus's Counterward has been reworked into "Scry", a Personal Detect Enemy and Reveal power.
  • Scry has a mana cost of 50, a cast time of 3s and a recycle timer of 20s.
  • Scry informs the caster of the whereabouts of nearby enemies and reveals those around him. The caster is not told the name, number, guild, class or race of the enemy - only their direction.
  • Artillerist's Batten Down has been reworked into "Engineer Ballista", a Summon Ballista power.
  • Engineer Ballista has a cast time of 8s, and a recycle timer of 90s.
  • Engineer Ballista's Field Ballista has an attack rate of 49.3, an Attack Rating of 600 - 1200 and deals up to 200 - 450 Piercing damage between power ranks 1 and 20.
  • Saboteur's With Catlike Tread's cast time now scaled from 5s to instant between power ranks 20 and 40, its duration has been increased to 120 at PR 40 (from 60) and has a 300s recycle timer (from 180).
  • Bounty Hunter's Detect Hidden's activation cost has been changed from 25 Stamina to 150 Mana and its recycle timer increased to 180s.
  • Wyrmslayer's Drakesbreath has been reworked into "Drakesbane", a Cold Damage over Time, Ground and Snare Weapon Power.
  • Drakesbane's ground component has a duration of 30s.
  • Drannok's Unholy Fortitude's tooltip has been updated to display the Reforged in Flame change to the power (5% HP Threshold).
  • Bloodlust has been reworked into a Lifesteal Weapon Enchantment power.
  • Bloodlust has a duration of 900s and a recycle timer of 900s.
  • Bloodlust drains a small amount of health and a proc chance of 100%. Bloodlust's drain amounts are modified the caster's Bloodcraft and Intelligence.
  • Shadow of Fear has been reworked into a Point Blank Health Drain and Unholy Resistance Debuff power.
  • Shadow of Fear's Unholy Resistance debuff will now stack with other Unholy Resistance debuffs.
  • Runecaster's Nyth Rune has had its mana cost increased to 50 (from 30).
Resource System
  • Maelstrom and Oblivion mines can no longer be set to a Nation's Window of Opportunity. They will go active at their default times every day.
  • All Maelstrom mines may now generate Bloodstone and Wormwood.
  • All Oblivion mines may now generate Galvor and Obsidian
  • Prospector's Claim Mine power now surrounds the caster with a great red beam particle on use. This particle fades when Claim Mine is interrupted by damage.
  • Mines now randomize their time once per week. They otherwise remain the same, no matter who owns them. You can no longer set the mine time for any mine.
  • 25% of the mines will be EU time. 25% of the mines will be Pac-Rim time. 50% of the mines will be NA time.
  • Some mines only open for 30 minutes. They close at xx:30. These mines are called "30 minute mines" on the map, and you can identify them by this name or by the fact that they show their open and close time as the exact same, e.g. 12:00 to 12:00. That means the mine opens at 12 and closes at 12:30. While 12:00 to 13:00 means it opens at 12 and closes and 1PM.
  • 1 expansion zone mine is set to Pacific Rim time zone, 1 is set to EU and 2 are set to NA. Both Oblivion mines can produce Obsidian & Galvor. Both ROC mines can produce Wormwood & Bloodstone.
