Ragnir Peaks is a twin of Grimstaark Peaks, which exists only on the Vorringia (modified) game map, used for Loreplay servers. It is thought this zone was added to provide access to low constitution statistic runes which are hard to come by on mainland, but greatly needed for Elves. For this reason, this zone is just slightly to the east of the High Court safehold.
This zone is recommended for players level 10 to 20.
